With 20 years bringing big ideas to life for start-up production companies and Fortune 500 broadcasters like Warner Brothers Discovery and National Geographic, Michelle Manassah has represented all sides of the negotiating table. Michelle now supports highly ambitious women in high stress, high conflict, high ego environments, who are tired of putting out everyone else’s fires first and are done dropping the ball on themselves. Michelle helps them reclaim their time and get crystal clear on how they want to spend it. Focusing on bringing big ideas to life, like career or job transitions, expanding leadership skills, overcoming burnout and accelerating personal growth sustainably, Michelle supports women to work smarter, not harder, to thrive and drive sustainable results.

Maura Sweeney

Maura Sweeney is an ICF-certified mission-driven career and executive coach focused on helping people pursue lives of meaning, purpose, and joy. For over ten years, she has helped hundreds of people navigate transitions to find greater fulfillment at work and in life. As an executive coach, she partners with professionals to discover solutions and strategies to achieve their goals. She loves helping people go from “I have no clue” to “I know what I want to do.” Maura has held progressive leadership roles in higher education and nonprofits, spanning alumni engagement, career development, and recruiting. She earned her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross, her M.Ed. from Northeastern University, and her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and serves as the president of the Alumni Career Services Network. She lives with her family in the greater Boston area.
