Job Description: Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing mail, drafting memos, emails, and other correspondence, creating to-do tasks from communications with employees and clients, and other administrative responsibilities as needed to support the CEO.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using/learning new technology with minimal training)
- Superb communication both written and oral
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self-starter able to succeed with minimal supervision
