Continuing Education organization offering high-quality training to professionals seeking instructions for multi-day training programs.

Hours/Schedule: International classes vary in timing and length. A typical virtual class will consist of 4-hour sessions over a series of 5 days. Our most common need is for classes that are during working hours in India Standard Time and programs are delivered primarily from April through January. An opportunity exists to instruct 1 – 2 classes per month.

Job Type: Direct hire as 1099 with client

Location Requirements: Remote. Virtual classes must be delivered from a professional setting with reliable internet connection and noise-free. 

Rate: $180/hr-$200/hr depending on experience

Job Description: Instructors provide services for multi-day training programs serving international audiences in local time zones. Instructors deliver virtual training programs to local and international CPA firms.

Classes include new-hire training programs through experienced manager-level programs and are designed to be highly interactive and engaging. Programs include many activities, exercises, simulations, and case studies to engage the learner and to provide practice applying the content. 

Successful candidates are CPAs or CAs with direct auditing experience and training or education experience to deliver its programs. Candidates will leverage their public accounting experience in combination with their natural inclination towards and passion for the teaching, coaching, and instructing facet of the profession

Qualifications:

  • CPA or CA with six+ years, manager level or above, with public accounting firm or similar
  • Recent public accounting experience (within the last 5 years)
  • Experience delivering classroom and/or web-based training courses
  • Passion for teaching; engaging personality and teaching style
  • Curious, creative, positive and fun
  • Great communication skills and executive presence
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Power Point, and Zoom
