Hours/Schedule: 16-24 hours, 2/3 days onsite (willing to accommodate additional hours if desired)

Job Description: 

 
Seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Assistant for part-time position.  Candidates who are adept at QuickBooks and Excel, payroll administration, purchasing, and invoicing in a small business environment are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:  

  • Accounts Receivable / Payable 
  • Place purchase orders, invoice, process payments
  • Collections / monitoring client account balances, issuing statements
  • Assist with Processing payroll
  • Maintain General Ledger 
  • Reconcile bank accounts

Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or willing to learn
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively
  • Detail oriented, accurate, and confidential
  • Highly motivated and enjoys working in a small, fast paced environment
