Fast-growing, unique, healthcare solutions company seeks full-time Channel Manager to drive sales with new channel partner.
Hours/Schedule: Full-time
Rate: $115,000-$125,000 plus commission
Responsibilities:
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned partner accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations
• Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, sales targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
• Meet assigned sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Sell through the partner organization to end user clients in coordination with partner sales resources
• Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
• Drive adoption of company solutions with assigned partner
• Effectively engage with direct sales to coordinate/facilitate cross-sell opportunities of company's other products not resold by the channel partner
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of sales/channel management experience selling software to health systems
• Business acumen, fluency with financial benefits when speaking to executives
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, fluency with healthcare terminology
• The ability to navigate complex sales processes and master the company's platform
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience
• Experience in demonstrating product solutions to prospects and clients
• Technologically savvy
• Degree in a relevant field, MBA or other advanced degrees a plus
• Successful in a high-volume sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines, and closing business by closely partnering with channel partner sales teams
• Committed to operating with a sense of urgency and a positive winning attitude
• Resourceful and diligent in maintaining account data and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce
• Experienced in facilitating leads with channel partners from trade shows and regional networking events
• Able to conduct face-to-face sales meetings; possess excellent presentation and follow-up skills
• Competitive and consistently meet/exceed sales quotas, have a positive attitude and incredible work ethic
• An entrepreneurial spirit: ambitious, curious, innovative, collaborative, team player, self-motivated, and never satisfied with mediocrity
• Well organized and able to work effectively in a highly remote organization
