Management consulting firm that helps companies increase employee engagement is looking for a Client Services Assistant 
 

Hours/Schedule: 25 – 30 hours (9:30am to 3:30pm EST, Monday-Friday) 

 

Job Type: Direct

 

Location Requirements: Remote

Rate: $30k (for 25 hours) and $36k (for 30 hours) per week

 
Job Description: 

The Client Services Assistant’s main duties will be supporting the CEO and President, including preparing for and supporting meetings, following up with clients, organizing calendars and priorities, and administrative support for the engagement survey platform.

 
Responsibilities: 

 

  • Organize and deliver a weekly overview and recap of company key activities
  • Develop a weekly action plan and priority list for CEO
  • Organize and prepare support materials for upcoming client meetings and presentations
  • Monitor and support virtual client sessions
  • Maintain calendar, communication, and process flow for clients 
  • Organize and manage client list and sales leads in Active Campaign (CRM); initiate email campaigns as needed
  • Monitor incoming messages via email and LinkedIn to support CEO attention to client needs
  • Organize and maintain system of electronic documents in Dropbox and Google Drive
  • Respond promptly to executives’ queries
  • Coordinate executive communications, including responding to phone messages and emails and acting as a point of contact between executives and clients
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and events, including calendar invitations, agendas, lunch, and venue reservations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  
 

  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to absorb, filter, and effectively distribute communication to employees and clients
  • Proven capacity to succeed in an administrative capacity, with an ability to think proactively, collaborate, delegate, and demonstrate initiative 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Trustworthy and able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly, supportive, and professional demeanor
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Advanced software skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software such as Mentimeter, Airtable, Eventbrite, Kennected, and Slack. Adobe Suite software knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with managing online calendars and cloud systems
  • Excellent professional writing skills
