IT firm focused on cloud based IT solutions is seeking a Client Success Specialist for an on-going consulting opportunity
Hours/Schedule: 10 hours/weekly

Rate: $30/Hr.
Job Description: : The Client Success Specialist will perform various tasks with the sales development team and executive management. Candidate will work with current clients in providing marketing materials, correspondence follow-up, and client outreach
Responsibilities:
- Quarterly outreach out to clients
- Track on-going sales activities
- Maintain CRM with notes, contacts, dates, etc.
- Perform renewal process
- Conduct First 30 Days Calls
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outreach with clients and be able to communicate effectively regarding current business needs, etc.
- Excellent editing skills for marketing materials, proposals etc.
- Current up to date experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet research , client uses Zoho and will train
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major
