Job Description: Seeking a Contracts Manager to be responsible for negotiating all prime and sub-contracts. As the Contracts Manager you will ensure the leadership team understands all of the terms and conditions, requirements, and nuisances of all Prime and Sub-Contracts. Additionally, you will ensure the client remains compliant with all its active contracts. You will also be responsible for the negotiation and execution of sub-contracts with teaming partners. Lastly you will be responsible for supporting the bids and proposal activities client engages as it relates to pricing and compliance. This position is mainly remote, with occasional in-person meetings in the office in Ashburn, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, consulting agreements, task orders and purchase orders, etc. in accordance with corporate policies and statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare cost narratives and pricing approaches in accordance with the proposal/pricing volume instructions ensuring compliance with RP’s processes, technical approaches, and mission objectives.
  • Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and federal policies and business unit procedure and communicates results to Project Managers.
  • Responsible for initiating, tracking, and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, risks and maintaining associated documentation.
  • Prepare and disseminate information including, but not limited to, contract status, compliance, and modifications.
  • Manage all aspects of RP’s GSA vehicles.
  • Responsible for Contract Volumes for proposals.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • 6+ years of experience in contracts management
  • Experience as Contracts Administrator, knowledge of contracting concepts, familiarity with FAR and DFARS
  • The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a team and as in individual contributor
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
  • Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
