Rapidly growing medical device company seeks part-time contracts review attorney.
Company: Cutting-edge medical device company. Approximately 30 employees. Rapidly growing.
Location: Concord, MA. Much of work can be done virtually.
Job Type: Part-time, approximately 10 hours per month.
Pay Rate: $75 – $85/hr
Job Description: Reports to CFO. Review approximately 2 contracts per month including:
- Review contracts for accuracy and consistency and revise as required. Contract types include Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), distribution contracts, vendor contracts and others.
- Conduct research as needed.
- Assist in negotiation as needed.
Qualifications:
- JD degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with legal contracts
- Able to work independently with strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
