Association located in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Full Time Data Operations Coordinator 
 

Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week is Full Time with benefits 

 

Job Type: Direct

 

Location Requirements: Hybrid    

Rate: $60,000 to $65,000 (boe) year salary with benefits

 
Job Description: 

A substantial amount of information is collected to operate and measure the success of the Association's programs. They are  seeking a qualified candidate to improve the accuracy of this information through the assessment, validation and storing of data needed for day-to-day business operations. This position will focus on verifying data and backup documentation for invoice approvals and developing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes to improve the reliability of the data.

 
Responsibilities:  

 

  • Perform invoice reconciliation, verification, and approval. Develop and maintain an internal tracking system for vendor invoices
  • Monitor and troubleshoot internal and external data entry and source documentation. Work with parties to correct information and continuously improve data reliability
  • Assist with development and maintenance of written processes and procedures for the operations data platforms
  • Provide technical assistance and training to internal staff and 3rd party vendors on data collection processes and procedures
  • Establish data quality assurance and quality control processes to improve reliability of data and provide metrics to measure data accuracy
  • Foster and maintain positive vendor relationships

 

Qualifications:  
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of direct work experience in data management
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skillset
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and have excellent time management skills
  • Candidate must have a suitable home office with strong internet connection and cell phone connectivity
  • Experience with data QA/QC and analytics
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics documentation
  • Experience with database query language such as SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM Software
