Software company specializing in health care analytics looking for a part time and remote Demand Generation Specialist/Marketing Specialist

Hours/Schedule:  16 hours a week


Job Type: Contract


Location Requirements: Remote     

Rate: $45-50/hour


Job Description: As a Demand Generation Specialist/Marketing Specialist, you will create and deliver engaging content, measure success, and optimally communicate the value of the company's software capabilities to its target audience across multiple channels. You will work collaboratively in a small team environment for an innovative and customer-focused software company in the healthcare industry. 



  • Develop and implement digital growth strategies that drive qualified leads.
  • Supervise and optimize campaign performance with a focus on Key Performance Indicators, including but not limited to content engagement, qualified leads, sales conversions, and revenue. Communicate results and optimization recommendations to Regional VP of Sales.
  • Build targeted prospect and client lifecycle campaigns that improve product conversions among key audiences.
  • Design and lead effective marketing tests, including A/B and multivariate, that translate to business results.



  • 8+ years of demand generation experience; healthcare software industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A growth-focused approach with solid understanding of digital marketing creative including SEO, HTML and social media.
  • An ability to successfully manage digital platforms; a problem solver who can conceptualize and implement effectively to get things done.
  • Strong content writing ability; graphic design a plus
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to supervise marketing channel performance via a variety of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

  • Proven ability to work with a collaborative team and put clients first.
