Hours/Schedule: 10 hours/week, flexible schedule and can grow into more hours if desired 

 

Job Type: Contract , on-going

Rate: $50/hr.-$60/hr., TBD based on experience

 
Job Description: 
 Digital Marketing Specialist with a solid understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem, and the relationships that all channels have with one another, to be successful in this role. And, you must be capable of developing and executing optimization strategies that will measurably improve business metrics for clients.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Learn about our clients’ business goals and create digital marketing plans that will help them reach those goals to achieve real ROI
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Have a solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, etc.
  • Working knowledge in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital/social media marketing utilizing the most current technologies and platforms
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and adjust based on performance
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and social media

 

Qualifications:  

  • You’re good at prioritizing, problem-solving, and communicating.
  • Strong writing skills are also in your toolbox, and
  • You like to take the lead, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Well-versed in the use of social and digital media marketing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, digital media best practices, Google Workspace, website analytics (especially GA4), etc.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
