Innovative marketing company is looking for a well-versed, creative Digital Media Specialist to join their creative team.  Client will consider  qualified, re-entry candidates 

Hours/Schedule:  Full-time, flexible

Job Type: Direct 

Location Requirements:  Hybrid , onsite 1 day weekly as needed in their Bethesda, Maryland office   

Rate: 70k, plus excellent benefits

 
Job Description: Digital Media Specialist will work closely with the Head of Media and internal operations team on tagging, trafficking and execution of digital and traditional ad campaigns for clients (and the firm), as needed. This role is also responsible for monitoring digital campaign results and making optimization recommendations based on regular report generation and performance analysis. Client will consider a re-entry candidate with the below qualifications.

 
Responsibilities:  

  • Research and develop media plans while working through media strategy with the Head of Media.
  • Deliver media plans, obtain specs, coordinate any back and forth with media vendors understanding specs/delivery. Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for all media vendors.
  • Traffic all final creative to vendors.
  • Manage client media reporting documents and dashboards, as needed.
  • Management of digital media campaigns that meet client goals and stay on-budget.
  • Assist in educating the firm on digital media best practices, trending and emerging technologies.
  • Aide in the research of digital media and analytics vendors.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field required
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office or iWork products
  •  Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience with media and agency software (Advantage, eTelmar, Strata, etc.) is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords certification is preferred, but not required
  • Entrepreneurial minded with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple campaigns at a time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
