Hours/Schedule:  Full-time, flexible

Rate: $180K base salary plus bonus and benefits

 
Job Description: 

The Director of Corporate Strategy will play an integral role in three key corporate functions: 1) developing and monitoring the company’s long-term strategy and business model to achieve business and financial objectives, 2) identification and analysis of business development opportunities for corporate growth and 3) ensuring strong strategy execution through a robust strategic execution framework. This position has excellent visibility in the company working closely with finance, legal and business to help achieve company's mission.

 
Responsibilities:  

 

  • Partner with teams across the company (e.g. FP&A, Business Strategy, etc.) and senior business leadership to continuously refine company's corporate strategy and help with the articulation and review of key strategic priorities
  • Provide trusted thought leadership supported by research and expertise identify strategic opportunities to drive shareholder value. Identifies established organizations and new market entrants for potential partnership or acquisitions
  • Leverage analytics and the art of story-telling to frame situations in a clear and concise documents that provoke discussion and drive action and accountability
  • Lead and manage special projects at the direction of CEO or Head of Corporate Strategy

 

Qualifications:  
 

  • 8-10 years of experience leveraging facts to influence and drive decision making with senior leaders and in a complex environment; Bachelor's degree in business or finance with related experience required, MBA preferred
  • Passion for driving progress while combining both creative and critical thinking skills to solve complex, loosely defined problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand, simplify, and clearly articulate complex issues
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and multi-tasking
  • Experience in consulting or internal strategy
