Rate: $110K plus bonus
Job Description:
The Account Management Director (AMD) leads the relationship and drives the outcomes with one or more of the company’s higher education clients. The AMD acts as the voice of the client internally by understanding the client’s barriers, concerns, and context. The AMD is responsible for leading the operations, strategy, and governance of the account to ensure its continual success. They are main point of contact with institutional leadership and are responsible for managing and building relationships and maintaining alignment with the institutional client(s). To accomplish goals, the AMD works closely with all functions that support student acquisition and student success including marketing, enrollment nurturing, curriculum development and other functions to drive towards account goals.
Daily responsibilities include activities such as:
1) Develop and drive account teams to meet and exceed enrollment and student success goals
2) Build and manage close relationships with higher ed partner leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of account priorities and direction
3) Lead market strategy and continuous improvement agendas for existing programs
4) Partner with Head of Strategy to identify and drive new program and new service growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years experience
- Hybrid work structure including participation in ad-hoc meetings at Burlington office and at regular onsite visits to partner institutions
- Experience working in or with higher education institutions
- Senior project management experience
- Relationship and change management skills
- Comfort with uncertainty and continuous change
