EA/Membership Coordinator

CEO of Franchise peer advisory board in Annapolis, MD seeks an Executive Assistant/Membership Coordinator for 20-25 hours/week.
Hours/Schedule:  20-25 hours/week, flexible schedule but preferred core hours 9:30am-3pm 4 days/week. Tuesdays on-site in Annapolis.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Location Requirements: Hybrid – most work virtual with Tuesdays on-site    

Rate: $30/hour

Job Description: Executive Assistant will support CEO and general operations of advisory board
  • Managing membership
    • Processing new members, LOAs and resignations
    • Interacting with members via email, phone calls
    • Requesting and managing assessment requests and invoicing from clients
  • Light monthly payroll processing for our 1099's (5 people)
  • Light expense management and accounts payable processing working with our accounting company and franchise headquarters
  • Manage newsletter and CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Flyer design for events – EventBrite
  • Events attendance management – EventBrite
  • Managing in person events held 2-3X a year typically held in Baltimore hotel or golf club to include on site set up and breakdown
  • Copy agenda for monthly meetings
  • Support monthly client management and invoicing 
  • Assisting CEO on miscellaneous projects 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Experience with CRM's 
  • Flyer development experience a plus
  • Survey design and monitoring experience a plus
