Small government contractor in Rockville, MD seeking a part-time, hybrid Executive Assistant. 

Hours/Schedule:  15-20 hours/week 

Job Type: Contract to Hire 

Location Requirements: Hybrid, 1-2 days/week in Rockville, MD office plus virtual work

Rate: $30-35/hour  

Job Description: Executive Assistant will support CEO and CTO in overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO and CTO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and distribute various types of communication on behalf of the CEO and CTO.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) 
  • Experience with project management tools a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status
