IT Services and IT Consulting company in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Virtual Executive Assistant to the President to work in the DC Metro area.
Hours/Schedule: 20-25 hours/week

Rate: $30-35/hour
Job Description: Master of all things administrative, supporting our executive team and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. We need someone with top-notch communication skills, a knack for organization, and the ability to handle confidential info like a secret agent.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be the guru of calendars, juggling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our executive team like a pro
- Be the go-to person for internal and external folks, sifting through emails, calls, and messages to provide timely responses on behalf of our executives
- Make travel arrangements, handle flights, accommodations, and itineraries to ensure our executives have smooth travels
- Prepare meeting materials, whip up fantastic agendas and presentations, and handle the logistics of meetings – from room setup to technology needs and even catering
- Keep those files and records in tip-top shape, so when someone needs info, you can conjure it up in a flash
- Jump in and assist with special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating project activities
- You'll be the master of building and maintaining relationships with our clients, partners, and vendors
- Keep those expense reports in check, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Take charge of general office operations – ordering supplies, managing equipment, and making sure everything is running smoothly
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (but not a dealbreaker if you've got the skills
- At least 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level execs
- You have experience in a professional commercial office setting
- Experience with Federal Government Contractors, familiarity with military lingo
- Organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior attention to the little details that matter
- Tech-savvy, you know your way around Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suites, Monday.com, and additional online collaboration tools
- Problem-solver, decisive, adaptable, flexible, and can handle changing priorities and deadlines
