Small, non-profit organization in the financial wellness space is looking for a Graphics /Communications Specialist for an on-going remote opportunity 

Hours/Schedule:  10 hours weekly

 

Job Type: Contract, on-going

 

Location Requirements:  Remote   

Rate:  $35/Hr.

 
Job Description:
Looking for a Communications professional with graphics expertise 

 
Responsibilities:  

  • Edit and maintain partner and other stakeholder recruitment materials (one-pagers, proposals, PowerPoints, etc.), ongoing marketing collateral and communications, including but not limited to monthly partner toolkits (fliers, emails, texts, participant-facing newsletter, etc.), and direct messaging content to participants of specific strategic partners, etc.
  • Provide creative layout and design for new or updated existing marketing and communications collateral,
  • Edit and manage video resources for public use
  • Oversee quality of graphic design and editing of all company's materials (print, digital, and video)
  • Support the layout (and where relevant, posting of content : PowerPoints, newsletters, social media posts, and website
  • As needed, design, support or develop special community engagement communications      
  • Regularly monitor and post on social media in accordance with company's communications strategy
  • Create and implement campaigns in various targeted communities
  • Plan and coordinate social events and conduct outreach 
  • Contribute to organization outreach and engagement strategy for both partners and participants
  • Commitment to and understanding of anti-racism 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or graphics design certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of graphics experience to include :  
     materials ,graphic design and editing of print, digital, and video
  • Prior experience implementing digital campaigns to targeted audiences
  • Prior experience working a small firm is ideal
  • Experience with Canvas a plus
