Real Estate/Investment company is looking for a Legal Project Coordinator to join their Legal and Business team 

Hours/Schedule: 25-30 hours weekly, will consider candidates who are interested in Full-time /Flex as well 

Job Type:  Direct


Location Requirements:  Hybrid , ideal candidate will be in the office 1 day weekly , office scheduled to move to Tysons Corner, Va in the Fall 

Rate: 65k-80k, TBD if interested in Full-time/Flex

Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the systems and structures used to organize official company records and to prepare for and execute a variety of transactions. Candidate will also provide other administrative support to team members. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and have a strong track record of handling confidential matters with discretion


Develop understanding of the purpose and implications of common legal documents and official company records and build working knowledge of company assets
• Ensure all employees can easily share, access, and interpret information on company operations and transactions via a robust well-maintained document management system
• Support other team members with complex transactions (50+ documents) (e.g., manage and track document progress, finalize documents in MS Office / Adobe)
• Take on “ad hoc” projects and requests as needed



  • Professional experience in executive assistant, paralegal or similar role
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding judgment, discretion, integrity and professional maturity
  • Comfort managing up to a wide range of leaders
  • Ability to effectively provide, receive and incorporate feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in MS Office; familiarity with Box file sharing/storing software preferred
