Leading Registered Investment Adviser with financial advisors nationwide seeks a Marketing Client Service Associate for their growing team.
 

Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Flexible

 

Job Type: Contract

 

Location Requirements: Hybrid- 3 days/week on-site in Waltham, 2 days/week remote 

Rate: $40/hour

 
Job Description: Reporting to the manager of advisor marketing, this job requires a general knowledge of website marketing best practices, strong project management and excellent written and communication skills.  The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and has a passion for marketing.

 
Responsibilities:  

 

  • Provide ongoing marketing best practices solutions to our advisors and staff converting them into the best service package to help firm elevate their brand.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our advisors and their staff, answering phone calls and incoming email inquiries.
  • Educate callers on a broad range of topics, from website best practice, marketing collateral and social media.
  • Build relationships with our financial advisors and their staff by consistently providing the highest level of customer service
  • Collaborate with various internal teams across the firm to research and resolve issues
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and changes in website and marketing best practices.

 

Qualifications:  
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, website or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing communications
  • Experience client service
  • Commitment to providing indispensable customer service
  • Agile knowledge a plus
