Data and electronics recycling company in Chantilly, VA is seeking a part-time Mobile Device Administrator for hybrid, flexible schedule.

Hours/Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week, flexible schedule, hours will be worked within 7am-3:30pm M-F to support Chantilly warehouse hours 

Job Type: Contract to Hire 

Location Requirements: Hybrid, some hours at Chantilly office and some virtual.  

Rate: $40-45/hour

 
Job Description: This is a hybrid role that not only taps into your IT background but also your love for mobile devices. Client is a user of ruggedized Android devices in our warehouse and field. The devices are manufactured by Zebra and run Android. We also use point-and-click scanning software that helps inventory and track various items in the field and our warehouse. All mobile devices are managed using a state-of-the-art Mobile Device Management System (MDM).

  • Assignment and Troubleshooting
  • Inventory Management

Mobile Device Management

  • Use Soti Mobicontrol (MDM)
  • Use Soti Snap for remote Data Entry
  •  Provisioning
  • Policy Management

Innovate New Ways to Improve

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of IT Asset Management experience with a focus on phones, tablets, and associated devices and licenses.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, especially with respect to billing and invoice review and reconciliation.
  • Use of Google Workspaces
  • Time Management: Since this is a part-time position, the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently is crucial.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
