Rate: $23/hr – $28/hr based on experience
Job Description: The Office Coordinator will become a key member of a dynamic, collaborative, and highly regarded law practice working exclusively in the nonprofit sector. Clients range from community-based organizations to national and international institutions and NGOs.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to team and office administration including client communication, answering and directing calls and emails, calendar management, preparing and processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files, and data entry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a law office preferred
- Proficient in office technology including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
