Wealth Management firm in Vienna, Virginia is looking for an Operations and HR Manager to oversee its client service team and work closely with the executive team. 


Hours/Schedule: Full-time, flexible


Job Type: Direct Hire


Location Requirements: Hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Rate: $100-120k with a comprehensive benefits package


  • Manage client service team to include development and performance
  • Manage onboarding and training process for all new team members
  • Conduct employee reviews
  • Oversee and be responsible for standardized processes, client experience and back-office support
  • Lead hiring for firm
  • Maintain and develop firm HR policies
  • Maintain HR files
  • Manage employee benefits and coordinate with payroll
  • Manage vendor relations, Building Management, IT, Marketing, CRM and Benefits group
  • Coordinate marketing to include email campaigns, client event planning and compliance submissions
  • Oversee special projects as needed




  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 5+ years of relative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task by prioritizing workload to manage time effectively, complete work within deadlines, and produce accurate results
