Non-Profit providing elder services in the Merrimack Valley/North Shore looking for a PT Administrative Assistant to work with the Development team 20 hours a week.  
 

Hours/Schedule:  20 hours a week

Job Type:  3 Month Contract 

 

Location Requirements: Hybrid; office in Lawrence, MA

Rate: $20 – $22/hr

 
Job Description: 
Clerical support & data entry for the Development Department.  

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the donor and community relations database as it relates to
    • All data entry
    • Digitally maintain all Daily/Weekly reconciliation packets and reports to match with fiscal department to include:
      • Qgiv/Text Message Donations
      • Website donations
      • Checks
      • Square Payments
      • Over the phone credit card payments
      • Matching Gifts
      • Electronic Transfers
    • Maintains current agency tax documents and passwords related to portal log-in information
    • Monitor any new gifts and new donors – send names and info to manager for follow-up.
    • Enter all elder network info – names and contact info for meetings/sponsorships
    • Assign attributes to all new entries – keeping records categorized
    • Periodic review of all lists and keep lists current – may use volunteer
  • Liaison to the database tech support staff at Sustain
  • Report to manager, and monitor all memorials when the agency has been chosen as a charity of choice
  • Merge and print all thank you letters related to fundraising and other activities for review by manager
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets tracking agency local support for community events, activities, and other efforts related to fund/friend-raising.
