Government contractor located in Vienna, VA seeks a PT People Operations Coordinator 
 
 

Hours/Schedule: 15 hours – 20 hours/week 

 

Job Type:  Contract

 

Location Requirements: Mostly remote, 1 day on site weekly

Rate: $25/hour 

 
Job Description: 
This position impacts growth for the entire organization and will work directly with HR and Recruiting

 
Responsibilities:  

 

  • Work with Director of People and Sr. HR Business Partner to execute HR and Recruiting administrative tasks for the entire employee lifecycle
  • Drive excellent new hire and employee experiences through maintaining various HR systems including HRIS, LMS, Employee Engagement Surveys, and more. Training will be provided.  
  • Run and provide people ops reports to various stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Draft memos and various documents for management and employees as needed
  • Occasionally manage office tasks including security badge management, checking mail, checking voicemails, and ordering office inventory as needed
  • Track Resume updates and organizational moves in ATS. Work with PMs/ Directors as needed to get database 100% accurate
  • Support the People Teams by helping plan and coordinate networking and social events

 

Qualifications:  

 

  • 1-4+ years of administrative or coordination experience supporting Marketing, HR, Recruiting, or Accounting Departments
  • Prior experience supporting federal consulting organizations or experience supporting Facility Security Officers is preferred but not required
  • Experience supporting cleared or non-cleared programs and initiatives for the federal government is preferred but not required
  • Experience supporting organization wide initiatives under tight deadlines and budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, administrative support experience, and ability to work with high visibility stakeholders
  • Qualified candidates should have a great attitude and be excited to work as part of an agile team with new challenges
