Local Executive Search firm is looking for a Recruiting Associate to assist the CEO on a part time basis
Hours/Schedule: 20 – 25 hours week
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Location Requirements: Remote
Rate: $30-35/hour
Job Description:
The Associate plays a critical role in executive recruiting work. This team member will research the client's situation and needs, create deliverable materials, and provide project management support.
Responsibilities:
- Project management for CEO, senior leadership and board member recruitment
- Conduct research on nonprofit organizations and potential candidates and sources
- Create detailed project timelines
- Prepare draft reports, and work with team members on developing final reports
- Proposal development
- Facilitate client and candidate meetings and attend meetings when appropriate
- Additional Administrative work including preparation of invoices, oversight of website updates, ad placements for clients
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution and at least 5 years of client and project management experience.
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector is preferred
The ability to listen for underlying needs; develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients and their organizations - Proven organizational and time management skills
- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with clients at all levels across the enterprise, as well as with external contact
- Multi-cultural awareness, emotional intelligence and the ability to work with diverse cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information in a variety of formats
- Ability to take direction and work independently as well as part of a team environment
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software, including Excel & PowerPoint
