Small Tax and Accounting Firm in Vienna, VA needs an Office Administrator to be on-site for the 2024 Tax Season.
Hours/Schedule: Full-time, 9-5 Monday through Friday
Job Type: Contract from January 15 through April 15, 2024

Job Description: Front Desk responsibilities
- Manage the phone calls and new client emails
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments
- Tax season assistance – client on-boarding, document collection, etc.
- Document Management including filing, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, making copies, scanning, mailing, etc.
- Manage office supplies and reorder them as and when needed
- 2-3 years’ relevant work experience is required
- Prior experience at a tax office a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills- written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technology very important
- Efficiency and accuracy are a must
