Registered Investment Adviser with financial advisors nationwide seeking a Social Media Manager.

Hours/Schedule: Full-time, flexible


Job Type: Direct


Location Requirements: Hybrid – 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Rate: $95 – $100K plus bonus

Job Description: 
As the social media manager, you will set the vision for the company’s branded social media channels by leading strategy, project management, execution, performance measurement, and ROI analysis. You will collaborate with marketing colleagues and key internal departments, as well as leverage customer and market insights, to drive best-in-class channel operations and community management.  



  • Establishing the owned, earned, and paid social media strategy
  • Curating, creating, and scheduling content, including copy, graphics, videos, and images
  • Monitoring, moderating, and responding to audience comments
  • Strategizing and executing social media marketing campaigns, both paid and organic
  • Envisioning and managing social media partnerships 
  • Gathering and evaluating social media analytics



  • Strategic planner who can turn a vision into tactics 
  • Deep knowledge aligning content with channel to optimize engagement
  • Expertise in soliciting and responding to conversations across channels 
  • Creative and critical thinker who can spot and act on opportunity in real time
  • Experience using paid strategies across various social channels 
  • Understanding of social media management, tracking, and listening tools 
  • Strong copywriting skills and visual intelligence 
  • Continuous learner who will keep pace with evolving trends 
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a track record of success
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Experience with social media advertising and Google Ads
