Arlington, VA based company is looking for a Virtual Contract Sourcer / Recruiter for 6 months. 

Hours/Schedule:  Project, approximately 6 months. 30-40 hours/week, regular business hours.

Location Requirements: Remote 

Rate: $35/hour

 
Job Description:
 Identify, source and engage qualified, diverse candidates for open positions and build a pipeline/network of candidates.

 
Responsibilities:  

  • Leverage data, knowledge, and industry trends to build creative diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Advanced sourcing from organizations that are diversity or industry focused.
  • Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels such as research and sourcing campaigns to identify high caliber diverse candidates.
  • Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential active candidates.
  • Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements.
  • Screen candidates as directed.
  • Regularly track pipeline activity.
  • May work directly to present candidates to hiring managers.
  • May schedule interviews between candidates and managers.

 

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years’ experience as Sourcer and/or Full Lifecycle Recruiter.
  • Extensive experience identifying and sourcing diverse talent.
  • Internet and web tool sourcing skills utilizing advance filtering and Boolean search strings
  • Mining skills using social media such as Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, etc.
