Non profit Association in Washington DC is looking for a part time Virtual Assistant to support the CEO
Hours/Schedule: 50 hours a month, check ins 3 times a day

Rate: $35/hour
Job Description: To support the CEO
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CEO calendars
- Manage meeting requests and schedule appointments promptly, including making reservations for meetings over meals and identifying locations for coffee meetings in Washington, DC.
- Track birthdays of Board of Directors and Advisory Council Members.
- Prepare birthday emails with links to social media posts and alert the CEO when emails are ready to send out.
- Respond to scheduling requests within 24 hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Meet weekly with CEO to review priorities.
- Keep track of tasks and priorities.
- Provide CEO with daily/weekly updates on tasks via email.
- Assist with preparing CEO expense reports.
- Handle stakeholder inquiries, resolve issues promptly and provide stellar customer service.
- Acknowledge receipt of email communication from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Chief of Staff to complete special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Research and organize data as requested.
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings as requested.
Qualifications:
- College degree
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with online meeting software (e.g.: Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Proficient with online calendars and scheduling
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision.
