Job Description: This role is for a high-level support professional who excels at fostering meaningful business relationships and adding significant value to clients and teams. Ideal candidates are team-oriented individuals with experience supporting sophisticated clientele, thriving in close-knit, trust-based environments.
Responsibilities:
- Work cohesively with coaches/consultants to schedule and run quality meetings, events, trainings, social media and processes that make clients’ lives better
- Answer and initiate client substantive emails.
- Manage client onboarding and continued care/processes
- Schedule meetings
- Confirm appointments
- Handle Accounts Receivables and invoicing
- Handle social media posts and support the marketing team
- Effective prioritization and time management
Qualifications:
- A history of working with top-level executives is preferred
- Exceptional written communicator in both texts and emails
- Unstoppable mindset and exceptionally driven
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about helping businesses grow
- Coachable
- Reliable, honest, and strong attention to detail
- Emotionally intelligent
- Understand of business technology and Excel; tech savvy, a huge plus
