We have been experts in recruiting and flexible staffing for over a decade and have worked with thousands of businesses and non-profits in the Boston Metro area.

In addition to recruiting experience, our team members have hands-on experience across a variety of business functions and industries and understand the challenges growing businesses face.  Our approach is consultative. We take time to get to know our clients and their staffing needs as well as our candidates and their career aspirations so we can make the best match. We also work collaboratively as a team, so not only do our clients and candidates get a dedicated Account Executive, but they benefit from the experience and knowledge of the entire FlexProfessionals staff.

Director of Talent

Leanne Rodd

Leanne leads recruiting and programming in the Boston Metro area. She has more than twenty years’ experience in the staffing and publishing industries, specializing in training and development, client relationships, sales, and marketing. Leanne was Strategic Account Manager for the Maple-Vail Book Group where she managed corporate relationships in both domestic and UK markets and helped her clients achieve economies of scale while responding to market demands. Leanne also led training and development programs spanning technical and soft skills coaching. She began her career in the Marketing Group at Houghton Mifflin’s College Division (now Cengage Learning). Leanne is an active member of the local community where holds leadership and fundraising positions. She has an MS in Training & Development from Lesley University, a BA from the University of Vermont, and is a board-certified professional and career coach (BCC).
Director of Client Sales & Service

Ashley Moore

Ashley’s focus is on the client side of the business, driving business development and supporting client-focused and revenue-generating activities. Ashley spent 9.5 years working in public higher education, most recently serving as the Director of Career Services for Northern Essex Community College. There, she helped hundreds of local businesses reimagine their hiring needs, matching them with qualified interns and entry-level Associate degree candidates. Prior to this, she spent two years as a Tax Accountant with a mid-sized regional accounting firm. She brings her combined experience in industry and education to FlexProfessionals. Ashley holds an M.Ed. from Merrimack College, an MST from Bentley University, along with a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting and a minor in Law from Bentley University. She also is a Global Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association and is an Academy Certified Resume Writer.

Maria Cindea

Maria has thirteen years of accounting and financial reporting experience in a variety of industries. She was the Director of Financial Reporting reporting to the CFO of Cambrex Corporation, the General Accounting Manager for Cashem, Inc, and worked as a staff accountant for Stone and Webber Engineering Corp. She has managed all aspects of accounting operations including G/L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, credit and collections, and payroll functions. She has a B.S in Accounting from Robert Morris College in Coraopolis, PA and an MBA from Seton Hall University, NJ. She knows QuickBooks and is currently using it to support FlexProfessionals as well as her other small businesses and non-profit clients.
Accounting Assistant

Maria Sanchez

Maria supports FlexProfessionals’ accounting function. She has more than nine years of audit and internal control experience. After moving to the United States from Venezuela five years ago, she updated her skills with training in bookkeeping, QuickBooks software, and income tax processing. She has experience across most aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements. She has a B.S. in Fiscal Science from the National School of Administration of Caracas, Venezuela, and an M.S. in Integral Audit and Fiscal Control.
Candidate Manager

Alexandra Compton

Alexandra is the Candidate Manager for the Boston metro area, meeting with candidates for informational interviews as well as interviews for open roles. She has over 10 years’ experience in HR, primarily in fast-paced tech environments. She has lived and worked internationally and has an in-depth understanding of expatriate and immigration programs, and global HR in general. Her work at Lucent Technologies and Sybase included compensation analysis and staffing, and her recent consulting work has included HR strategy and systems for growing organizations. She has a BA in HR Management from San Francisco State University, is SHRM-SCP certified, and is multi-lingual (English, German, and conversational French and Spanish). Alex was an inaugural member of the FlexProfessionals Ambassador team in Boston.
Account Executive

Jill DePamphilis

Jill is responsible for business development, sales, and account management in the Greater Boston area. As a long-time professional in the education industry, Jill has over 15 years of experience in team and account management, recruitment, client services, and sales. She most recently worked in for-profit education at StudyPoint, Inc, where she held a variety of roles including Director of Staffing and Projects and National Director of Program Management. During her time with StudyPoint, she was instrumental in improving program quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Jill began her career establishing a statewide afterschool program for underprivileged children offering tutoring through the No Child Left Behind Act. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Eckerd College and a Masters in Elementary Education from University of South Florida.
Account Executive

Meg Littlewood

Meg is responsible for business development, sales and account management in the North Suburban Boston area. As a long-time financial services professional, Meg has over 15 years of experience in client service, account management, retail and institutional sales, and equity trading, having worked at Bank of America, H.C. Wainwright, Advest and Prudential Securities. Meg additionally has start-up experience, having developed a concept for an equity trading platform, where she wrote, applied for and was granted a patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She sold the exclusive rights to a global financial technology company in 2009. Most recently, Meg worked in client service at First-Call Medical in Andover, MA. Meg has a Bachelor of Arts in French and Economics from Fordham University.
Sourcing Specialist

Rita Moore

Rita is responsible for sourcing top candidates for opportunities offered through the FlexProfessionals Boston team. Rita has over ten years of progressive Human Resources experience in the financial services and retail industries. Her past areas of concentration include recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and performance management. Rita has partnered with internal leaders on their HR Generalist needs at both Brown Brothers Harriman and Boston Interiors. She earned Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Providence College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Boston University.
