For the past 10- 15 years she has been an independent consultant doing analytical and strategic projects for international organizations including IPR (International Professional Resources), Calvert Foundations, Summit Health Care Endowment (revamped their grant-making process), US Dept of Labor, Jane Goodall Institute’s children’s “Roots and Shoots” and Abt Associates.  She has developed a specialty as a Destination Consultant in the area of Global Mobility the last 5 years working with Dwellworks, IPR (International Professional Relations), and Cultural Awareness International guiding executives from companies such Astra Zeneca, Discovery Communications, Marriott, the Federal Reserve, Reuters, Lockheed Martin, Sodexo, among others. Prior to this, she spent three years at Delta Air Lines as a Senior Analyst, where she performed employee relations and compensation reviews for 400+ employees in 16 countries.   She started her career as part of the MBA Enterprise Corp where she served as a project manager for the Czech-American Enterprise Fund ( USAID investment entity) in Prague.
