A.N. is a PMP-certified technical Project Manager with 15+ years of experience. Most recently she completed a 6-year contract (2011-2017) with the Fairfax County Government’s Department of Information Technology. She managed the upgrade of legacy communication systems at remote locations and the integration of these sites with on-network solutions using the Avaya and Microsoft Enterprise Platforms. A.N. also managed a diverse technology team, outside vendors and procurement of services for a large-scale relocation project of network, wireless and telecommunications services. She was the stakeholder manager and communicated with agency points of contact to ensure minimal business disruption for 2,500 affected employees. The project was recognized as a model for exemplary service delivery of a complex, multi-phased IT deployment. From 2003-2011, she was Wireless and Public Safety Program Manager for the DC Government’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. She received her PMP certification in 2005 from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and it is in good standing. She has a Bachelors in English from Bates College.
