A.K. has 17 years of experience as an independent content marketing writer and editor specializing in health and wellness. After training as a journalist and working as a newspaper reporter, health writer, and magazine editor, she launched her own freelance writing business in 1997. She has written articles for many newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, MORE, Woman’s Day, Reader’s Digest, Prevention, Shape, Health, Fit Pregnancy, and Martha Stewart Living.
