A.M. is a strategic operations and HR professional. She spent the last 13 years in varied and progressively responsible positions at AOL, most recently as an HR Business Advisor charged with aligning HR initiatives with business goals. In this role, she worked with the SVP of Global Operations and supported a team of 600 employees in all areas of HR, including talent management, performance management, organizational development, leadership development, compensation, and employee relations. She also supported the AOL Platforms CTO, CMO, and Head of Sales and their teams during her time in HR. While working in HR, she also played a role in AOL’s acquisition and integration of more than 5 companies. Prior to moving into HR, she managed a 30-person team that supported the operations of AOL’s owned and operated properties, with $400M in revenues per quarter. Her team oversaw inventory forecasting as well as creation, set-up and delivery of sold advertising campaigns. Earlier in her career at AOL, she managed database marketing in support of acquisition, retention and win back efforts for the Access (membership) portion of the business. Prior to joining AOL, she held direct marketing, development and account management roles at Iridium, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and CareerBuilder. She has a BS in Business Administration from LeMoyne College and an HR Management Certification from George Mason University.
