From 2006-2009, with Millipore Corporation, she helped build the Market Management Group, providing strategic marketing and market research in support of the company’s innovation initiative to invigorate the product development pipeline. From 2004-2005, with Colgate-Palmolive, she created extensive analytical reports which were used in contribution to strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Prior, she worked at Eli Lilly & Company, Genzyme Corporation and Integrated Separation Systems in sales/sales-related capacities enabling her to hone her skills in engaging and managing a diverse set of customers/stakeholders. She works collaboratively, has proven leadership, project management and analytical skills which contribute to more connective strategies, plans and offerings. She holds an MBA in Marketing from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BS in Biology from Bucknell University.
