Most recently served as operations consultant at a music school (3 years). Led a project to reform the school’s student intake process, which included the roll-out of a new Salesforce CRM platform. Additionally, catalyzed an internal workgroup focused on improving coordination and customer service across all five campuses.

Served as Chief of Staff at a small nonprofit transitioning from start-up to established organization. Helped set organizational priorities and operating procedures, built a collaborative organizational culture.
