C.B.M. currently serves as special assistant/consultant to the president of a family owned company that provides specialized support and supervision to adults with intellectual disabilities. In this capacity she provides leadership for educational services, strategic and project planning, community outreach initiatives, metrics development and assessment services to the growing residential and day services organization. C.B.M.’s prior work experience encompasses nearly 20 years in higher education. She served as Vice President and Dean of Students at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA from 2010 -2011, and Associate Director of Academic Programs and Policy at the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education from 2010-2011, (only left because she was recruited by SMFA to assist with transition), Associate Dean of Students at Wheaton College in Norton, MA (2003-2010), and Associate Dean of Students at Utica College of Syracuse University (1999-2003, promoted three times). C.B.M. has also taught at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. C.B.M. holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy (Johnson and Wales University), a Masters in Higher Education Administration (Syracuse University) and a Bachelors in Communications and Public Relations (Utica College of Syracuse University). Available 20 to 30 hours per week. Pay rate: $30+/hr.
