Sales Operations professional with over 30 years of content development experience focused on marketing, documentation, and learning. Since 2016, she has driven the B2B marketing and sales activity for a boutique IT consulting firm including designing and executing the content marketing strategy. As the primary content developer, she wrote website articles, designed infographics, created short videos, designed and executed email marketing campaigns, maintained social media, and wrote proposals. She has expertise in translating complex concepts into the terminology, ideas, and format that is accessible and understood by the target audience. In previous roles, she wrote technical documentation and designed and developed e-learning and in-person course curriculum. Software skills include advanced use of Office365, Insightly CRM, Hootsuite, proficiency with Animoto, Canva, and SharePoint, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud. In her volunteer life, C.C.M. works on her town’s Bylaws Committee reviewing and revising governance documents. She has a Masters in Education from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of Vermont.
