C.F. is a non-profit and fundraising executive specializing in developing and managing giving campaigns, fundraising programs, and strategies to increase social impact and organizational capacity. From 2012-2018, she worked for an Austin-based nonprofit focused on community-wide giving campaigns and engaging young donors in philanthropy, serving most recently as Executive Director. In this role, she secured 75+ multi-year partnerships with corporations, foundations, civic groups, and community leaders. She spearheaded transformational fundraising campaigns that raised $45M from 100K donors to support 700+ nonprofits over a period of 6 giving days. During her 17-year nonprofit career, she has worked for large institutions as well as small, grassroot organizations, including Foundation for The Carolinas, Texas Children’s Hospital and University of Virginia. She has developed, retooled and led projects and programs; managed the development efforts of a team; engaged volunteer leadership and created partnerships; and developed goals and related processes for strategic community grantmaking. She began her career as a Consultant at Accenture. C.F. has been featured on PBS and NPR and in two Austin-based magazines. She has a Bachelors in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
