C.J. has 15+ years of experience writing and editing proposals, grants, articles, and reports in the private, government and non-profit sectors. From 2013-2014, she researched and wrote successful proposals for a health care non-profit, obtaining over $1 M in federal and private grant money. Earlier in her career she was a Senior Project Manager in a consulting division of a large multi-national life sciences company, where she wrote, edited and finalized major written reports on health-related topics, in addition to regular proposal writing and business development activities. She started her career as a healthcare reporter for FDC Reports/Elsevier, a highly regarded publisher known for outstanding coverage of the pharmaceutical industry, biomedical research, and government regulation of the healthcare industry. Over the past ten years while living overseas, C.J. was successful in obtaining several administrative and communications positions within the U.S. Government, including two years as a Communications Specialist for USAID. She has a Masters from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University and Bachelors from the College of William and Mary.
