C.L. has 17+ years’ experience in Retail Bank Management and Business Banking/SBA Lending, combined with 10+ years as a Finance Manager in the retail automobile industry and 10 years + as Federal Reserve Bank employee and an entrepreneur owning her own business. She is currently working as an Office Manager in a small accounting firm. After being recruited by Eastern Bank, from 1997 – 2014 she held several positions of increasing responsibility. These included New Business Development Officer, Auto Lease Re-Marketing Manager, Business Banking Executive and AVP Branch Manager. During her 17+ years in banking, she won consistent awards as both a top loan producer and for reaching 125% + of yearly annual sales and management goals. Her business community service culminated with her election to President of the Greater Beverly, MA Chamber of Commerce (450+ members). From 1986-1997 she worked as an automobile dealer Finance Manager and spent the last 7 years as executive team manager to launch the award winning First Infiniti Dealership Worldwide at Kelly Infiniti, Beverly, MA. From 1980 – 1986 she owned and operated a successful Bakery & Coffee Shop, named Baker’s Pride, which she sold at 3 times the acquisition cost. During 1975-1980 she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as junior analyst in the Loan and Credit Department, where member banks obtain Federal Fund loans. She studied Finance & Accounting at Boston College while working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, accumulating 69 course credits towards bachelor’s degree. She successfully completed the “Fundamentals of Banking” Course at New England College of Finance. She is computer savvy, proficient at MS Word, Excel and several communications protocols. She is a well-organized problem solver, flexible, a fanatic for details, whom not only use to wearing many hats; she sincerely enjoys it; she thrives in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same.
