He has led marketing efforts for companies including American Express, Verizon and AOL, as well as for start-ups, small businesses and non-profits. His experience includes digital marketing, social media, traditional direct marketing (direct mail) and overseeing customer service delivery. For the past three years, he has run his own marketing consulting business, helping companies across a variety of industries improve their marketing results. Projects have included a digital fundraising campaign for an international children’s charity and implementing Salesforce CRM for a scientific membership organization.
