E.R. is a leader with over 30 years of experience in global marketing, where she has worked around the world for professional, academic and non-profit organizations. E.R. developed an expertise in data-driven marketing campaigns when she was hired by the Walt Disney Company to manage a pan-European marketing program for the launch and post-launch phase of Euro Disney in Paris, France. In this role, she used data to develop a promotional campaign that allowed Disney to track visitation-frequency and purchase-volume of targeted market segments. In 1995 E.R. returned to Boston to study at MIT where she earned her MBA and actively pursued a career in Management Consulting. A summer internship with Mercer Management Consulting earned her a full-time position, where she worked in Paris (on a data-driven, market performance analysis of the French National Railroad) and in Boston on a variety of projects – many but not all related to marketing. In 2001 E.R. joined the Marketing department at the Boston University Questrom School of Business, where she designed an International Marketing course that she taught for the next 12 years. This course examined marketing through the lens of global vs. local marketing decisions. In the last five years, E.R. has focused on volunteering her time and has held several leadership and fundraising positions in non-profit organizations in her community. She is currently serving on the board of the Innovation Fund, where she is using her marketing expertise to help the Fund build a marketing infrastructure. E.R. earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University. Available up to 20 hours per week. Pay rate: $50 – $60/hr.
