E.S. has 20 years of experience guiding individuals and teams as a Career Counselor/Educator at Universities and as an HR Business Partner at a global market intelligence firm. She has a proven track record of stepping into newly created roles, assessing critical needs and growing programs to address challenges. Most recently, she spent time as a Career Advisor for students pursuing Education, Community Engagement and Criminal Justice degrees. In this role, she initiated faculty partnerships, presented to classrooms and built productive student partnerships. In addition, E.S. led the recruitment program for a top 25 Law School and built a mentor program for students embarking on combining first careers with a law degree. She transitioned into the private sector to create a college recruitment program for a global market analyst firm (IDC) and established key partnerships with schools that fulfilled the organization’s pipeline needs. E.S. was recognized as “most valuable team player” three consecutive years and moved into an HR Business Partner role working with the EVP, Worldwide Research on recruitment, compensation, and performance management strategies for the U.S. Research team. While at IDC, she led the U.S. Mentor Program, facilitating 120 partnerships and worked in concert with the Corporate Education Team to initiate creation of IDC’s first forecasting seminar. E.S. is qualified to administer the MBTI and is a current member of the Career Counselor’s Consortium. She has worked with applicant tracking systems and university recruitment platforms. She has an M.S., Counseling and Higher Education from Northeastern University. Available up to 20 hours per week.
