E.L. has over a decade of experience in the marketing and project management of technology products and services. As the Director of Product Marketing and Management at Impact Telecom from 2008-2015, she was responsible for managing products through the entire life cycle from strategy through execution. She managed product requirements and development with IT as well as the pricing strategy, product positioning, product support, and analysis. E.L. led a successful effort to introduce a VoIP technology platform to the company’s product portfolio that ultimately became one of its flagship products. As a freelance marketing consultant from 2001-2008, she assisted several clients with new product launches, branding, and website development. From 1996-2001, she worked at Ericsson, a Global 500 company, and was promoted two times to Director of Marketing Communications. She has a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
