H.R. is an administrative and customer service professional with 15+ years of experience in nonprofit public-sector and small business settings. From 2014-2017, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at a national nonprofit representing local government officials. She tracked and reconciled project spending for more than 80 grants; provided technical assistance to grantees and members; provided administrative support to the grants management and contracting functions; managed logistics for travel and events; updated web pages and provided document support; and managed calendars.
