Nonprofit consultant with 15 years plus experience as a senior consultant and program manager IW has a strong track record of effective program design, planning, evaluation and continuous improvement with non-profits in the US, United Kingdom, and Australia. IW has worked with diverse clients ranging from small neighborhood/community houses; large regional social service agencies, and state and Federal Government Departments. She has additional expertise in community outreach and engagement, facilitating consultation and planning processes with groups from 5 to 100 people. In her current role, IW is designing and facilitating focus groups for children and families for the local office of a major US non-profit as well as working remotely with a company reforming health and human services in Australia. Prior to this role, she was the lead consultant for a major contract with the Federal Campaign for Grade-Level Reading supporting 30+ diverse communities across the US to identify results and indicators to drive improvements in grade-level reading for children from low-income families through coaching, technical advice, and group facilitation. IW has an Associate Degree in Community Sector Management; a Certificate in Digital Marketing and Engagement and is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and performance management software.
