J.B. is a senior HR professional with more than 20 years of experience working for small- to mid-size companies. She has an extensive background in recruiting, benefits management and administration, employee relations and HR compliance. She has worked in a publicly traded company with mergers and SOX compliance and for a DoD contractor with OFCCP compliance including the development of an Affirmative Action Plan. She has overseen three 401k conversion projects, implementation of an ATS (applicant tracking system), and the rollout and content management of an employee benefits website. She also worked on the conversion of a manual I-9 records system in 135 locations (3000 FTE) to an electronic system including E-Verify. This ten month project included a full audit of all paper forms, the development of written policies and training materials, and the presentation of training via a WebEx to managers at all 135 locations.
